SHIPPING

 1.  A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request

2. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.


3. Shipment takes 3-10 business days to arrive, please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations.

4.Log in to your account and confirm receipt to collect bonus point rewards.

 

RETURNS

 1. Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 3 days upon receiving your item(s).

Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service at Contact Us and obtain a "Return Label" form that must be included with your package.

2. Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped different from item ordered), we will be responsible for the item exchange and postage. You may also return the product and get a full refund including postage.

 

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.


2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

 

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.


4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
